A clear, step-by-step process from design review and tooling development to machining, inspection, trial production, and mass production.

1. Design Review & Structure Optimization
Review 2D drawings, 3D files, logos, samples, or sketches. Confirm dimensions and manufacturability.

2. Mold and Tooling Design
Plan parting lines, cavities, gates, positioning features, and machining allowance.

3. CNC Programming
Convert the 3D model into machining toolpaths. Define tools, machining sequence, feed settings, and finishing strategy.

4. Jingdiao CNC Machining
Use a Beijing Jingdiao 3-axis CNC machining center for rough machining, semi-finishing, and precision finishing.

5. Inspection and Adjustment
Check cavity dimensions, depth, contours, hole locations, and critical fit points. Adjust when necessary.

6. Trial Production
Produce first samples to verify forming quality, detail reproduction, and assembly fit.
