Explore our collection of custom fridge magnets inspired by cities, landmarks, and cultural destinations around the world. Each fridge magnet metal combines creative typography with handcrafted enamel artwork, transforming famous architecture, landscapes, and local symbols into collectible souvenirs. These enamel fridge magnets showcase how custom metal craftsmanship can turn every destination into a memorable keepsake while helping brands and attractions create truly unique souvenir collections.
Market Pain Points
Common Challenges in the Development of Metal Enamel Fridge Magnets

Inconsistent Appearance
Uneven Finishes, Inconsistent Results
Color variations, rough metal edges, and uneven enamel filling can make each magnet look different, affecting the overall presentation and brand image.

Low-Grade Materials
Low-Grade Materials That Don't Last
Inferior metals and coatings are more likely to fade, tarnish, or wear over time, reducing both durability and the perceived value of the souvenir.

Poor Craftsmanship
Poor Craftsmanship, Poor First Impression
Weak magnetic attachment, inaccurate detailing, or inconsistent production quality can leave customers with a less satisfying product experience.
Manufacturing Processes We Use
The techniques we use to manufacture metal enamel refrigerator magnets.

Key Production Process 1
Detailed Design and Precision Mold Making
Every high-quality product starts with a well-prepared design and an accurate mold. Before mold production begins, we carefully review the product’s size, shape, structure, pattern details, and intended application.
A precision mold ensures clean edges, sharp details, consistent dimensions, and reliable results during mass production. It also creates a solid foundation for every process that follows.

Key Production Process 2
Reliable, High-Quality Plating
Plating gives the metal its final color and finish, but it also affects wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability.
By carefully controlling surface preparation, plating time, coating thickness, and finishing quality, we can create a wide range of effects, including bright gold, matte gold, silver, rose gold, gunmetal, and antique finishes.
A smooth and even coating helps the product keep its attractive color and appearance over time, whether it is used for packaging, handbags, fashion accessories, or other everyday applications.

Key Production Process 3
Accurate Color Matching for UV Printing
Good UV printing starts with accurate color selection. We use Pantone color references to match each design as closely as possible and carefully check the color, saturation, and fine details during sampling.
Once the sample is approved, we follow it throughout mass production to keep colors consistent from piece to piece and batch to batch. This helps your logo, artwork, and brand elements stay true to the original design.

Results We Deliver
Careful Control from Artwork to Finished Product
From design approval and mold development to plating and UV printing, we carefully manage every step that can affect the final result. With reliable production processes and strict quality control, we turn your ideas into finished products that look great, last longer, and clearly represent your brand.

1. How do you keep the fridge magnet blanks accurate and consistent during mass production?
We use a Beijing Jingdiao three-axis precision machining center to develop and machine the molds. The mold accuracy can be controlled to around 0.01 mm, helping us keep the shape, dimensions, details, and overall quality consistent from one batch to the next.
2. How do you improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long-term durability?
The products are placed in a high-vacuum environment of around 10⁻³ Pa, where vacuum ion bombardment and plasma cleaning remove surface contaminants and prepare the metal for coating. We then use vapor deposition and multi-arc ion plating to create a high-hardness PVD coating approximately 0.3 μm thick. This helps improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and long-term color stability.
3. How do you make sure the colorful design is accurate and firmly attached?
We use UV printing to apply the colorful artwork to the surface of the fridge magnet. Each piece is held in place with a dedicated positioning fixture to keep the design accurately aligned.Colors are matched using the customer’s Pantone color codes or an approved physical sample, helping us maintain consistent colors and clear details throughout production.
